Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Bucefelus ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India (or authorised to transact in INR) to use the Platform. By using the Platform you represent that you meet these criteria.

3. Services

Bucefelus provides a technology platform that facilitates:

  • Flight booking via the Bucefelus platform
  • Hotel booking via licensed accommodation partners
  • Railway ticket booking via authorised IRCTC partners
  • International eSIM activation via Matrix Cellular
  • Foreign exchange services via licensed money changers

We are a technology intermediary. The underlying services are provided by licensed partners, and their respective terms also apply.

4. Account and wallet

Your Bucefelus Wallet holds prepaid balance in INR. Wallet balances are non-transferable and non-withdrawable except in cases of platform closure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found engaging in fraudulent activity.

5. Payments

All payments are processed in INR. Razorpay processes card and UPI payments. By making a payment, you authorise Razorpay to charge the specified amount. Prices displayed include applicable GST unless otherwise stated.

6. eSIM KYC obligation

Purchase of international eSIM plans requires submission of a valid passport number and date of birth for KYC verification, as mandated by the Indian Department of Telecommunications. By purchasing an eSIM, you consent to this data being shared with Matrix Cellular (International) Limited for the sole purpose of SIM registration. Providing false identity documents is a criminal offence under the Indian Penal Code.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms vary by service type. Please review our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy before purchasing. eSIM plans are generally non-refundable once activated.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bucefelus shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
